Elizabeth Pyles joined Hasty Pope in September 2023, bringing with her nearly two decades of management experience across the healthcare, legal, and SEO industries. As the dual administrator for both the Canton and Gainesville locations, she plays a central role in keeping the firm running smoothly—supporting attorneys Jon and Tom Pope, supervising the legal teams, and overseeing day-to-day operations.
Prior to joining Hasty Pope, Elizabeth spent 10 years as the office manager for Georgia Retina, where she helped patients navigate the complexities of insurance while managing care for critical procedures like retinal detachments and injections. Her earlier career also included time as a client services manager in SEO and work in both primary care and med spa settings—giving her a well-rounded understanding of service, organization, and advocacy.
Today, Elizabeth is the behind-the-scenes engine of Hasty Pope’s community presence, leading the coordination of events like the First Responders Appreciation Lunch, First Friday events, and the annual Georgia vs. Georgia Tech Rivalry Celebration. She manages everything from vendor contracts and IT issues to firm credentials, while serving as a bridge between the firm and the broader community.
What motivates her most is seeing the full arc of a client’s journey—from the chaos and pain of injury to the moment justice is served. She values the collaborative, often humorous partnership she shares with both Tom and Jon and deeply admires their commitment to clients. For Elizabeth, helping people find justice isn’t just a job—it’s what makes the work truly meaningful.
