William G. “Billy” Hasty, a native of Canton, Georgia, has practiced law in Georgia since 1974. Specializing in civil litigation, Mr. Hasty has attained some of the highest jury verdicts in the United States in cases involving exposure to pesticides. He successfully represented plaintiffs in the L-Tryptophan litigation suit, and has represented and litigated for municipal and county government entities his entire career. He has served as Canton City Attorney and as attorney for the Cherokee County Development Authority for more than 20 years.Admitted to practice
